Costabile Brand, created decades ago by our grandparents Nunzio & Giovanna, offers 100% Italian extra virgin olive oils produced with early harvested olives from a single estate in Puglia. They have always been committed to quality and supporting local farmers to adopt high standards for the world to taste the products of their land at their best. After over 50 years of operations, a devastating earthquake forced them to close. We, Angelo & Valentino Costabile, have revived their mission under the Costabile name.

Our organic extra virgin olive oils are sourced from century-old trees in Puglia. They come in varieties such as Leccino, Coratina, Frantoio, and Ogliarola and are rich in polyphenols, with a content of 620 mg/Kg. Our olives are harvested early when they are at optimal ripeness, ensuring high-quality oil with intact flavor.

Our olive oils are cold extracted and filtered to maintain their organoleptic properties. Packaged in dark glass bottles with anti-waste closure caps, they are protected from UV light and oxidation, ensuring peak taste.
